External Evaluation Team Recommends Another Phase for the Dry Grain Pulses (Pulse) CRSP
The external evaluation team in their recent technical and administrative performance evaluation report recommended that the Dry Grain Pulses (Pulse) CRSP be extended for another phase with equal or greater funding than the total funding for Phases I, II, and III. The evaluation team highlighted the Pulse CRSP’s capacity building efforts, emphasizing the strength of the CRSP’s graduate student training.
The evaluation team included Julian Adams, University of Michigan; Bahram Arjmandi, Florida State University; Michael A. Grusak, USDA-ARS Children’s Nutrition Research Center, Texas; Steven Long, USAID; and Julia Kornegay, NC State University (Chair).
