DFID is seeking proposals for a range of innovative programs that aim to build capacity of decision-makers in low and middle income countries to use research evidence and rigorous data to inform their decision-making. DFID intends to invest £10 million in a suite of up to six new programs, which will each run for a period of up to 3 years.
