Linking Agriculture, Nutrition, and Health: Updates from the Feed the Future Nutrition Innovation Lab

On Tuesday August 6th, the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Collaborative Research on Nutrition will present on their ongoing research in Nepal and Uganda, including some early findings from the first round of data collection in both countries. They will also touch on how gut biome, aflatoxin, water, and sanitation issues relate to their work on agriculture-nutrition programming. Presentations will be given by Patrick Webb, Eileen Kennedy, Shibani Ghosh, Jeffrey Griffiths, and Jerry Shively from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m EST with introductions from Rob Bertram, Director, Office of Agricultural Research and Policy, USAID Bureau for Food Security and Maura Mack, Nutrition Advisor, Office of Agricultural Research and Policy, USAID Bureau for Food Security.
