Overview
This research focused on evaluating the effectiveness of biological control agents against soil -borne pathogens of onion.
Objectives
To evaluate selected biological control agents against soil- borne pathogens of onion
Outcomes
T. viride and T5 isolate can be used as an alternate control strategy to fungicidal application of Maneb against S.cepivorum,F. oxysporum f.sp.cepaeandP. terrestris. If the two antagonists are made available to farmers, their use will be more environment friendly than the use of the chemical fungicide.
