Objectives
1. Analyze and develop policy initiatives for intellectual and community biodiversity rights at the national, regional, and community levels. 2. Conduct biological monitoring and define culturally relevant indicators of sustainability among select buffer zone human populations. 3. Compare four distinct ethnic groups in lowland and highland Cotacachi-Cayapas communities. 4. Assist interested communities in developing their own natural resource action plans.
