Overview

The objective of the proposed work is to build the capacity of individuals currently or potentially working in agribusiness as employees, managers or entrepreneurs to produce and market nutrient-rich complementary foods with a focus on promoting foods that rely on local agriculturally-based products. As a first step in Year 1, the project began exploring our possibilities under the broader mandate of actions to improve complementary feeding and foods in Nepal, trying to identify gaps and challenges that would fit under the Nutrition CRSP mandate.
