Abstract: The purpose of the Policy and Operating Procedures is to provide a clear description of management procedures to participants of the Global Livestock Collaborative Research Support Program (GLCRSP). Authority for Policy and Operating Procedures for the GL-CRSP is contained in Grant No. PCE-G-00-98-00036-00 from USAID to the GL-CRSP Management Entity at the University of California Davis. This grant authorizes the GL-CRSP from 1 October 1998 to 30 September 2008.
In addition, CRSP operations are governed by the BIFAD Guidelines for CRSPs.
