Description

This presentation seeks to give some pointers on what practices to use in order to optimise the use of resources for vegetable crop production. These practices include no-till/minimum till, cover cropping, agroforestry, gravity drip irrigation and others. It recognizes that planting sole crops is easy, and that integrating crops can be complicated, but discusses the methods in which to tackle the task of integrating crops. It also focuses on water requirements for plants and how to satisfy these requirements.
