The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Collaborative Research on Sorghum and Millet (Sorghum and Millet Innovation Lab) is a consortium of U.S. universities and research services cooperating with national and international agricultural research organizations on sorghum and pearl millet science and development. The Sorghum and Millet Innovation Lab focuses on using science and technology to produce innovations such as climate-resilient crop varieties and more profitable market approaches for farmers.

The Sorghum and Millet Innovation Lab is currently active in Ethiopia, Niger, and Senegal. Kansas State University serves as the management entity for the program, and builds on the 30 year legacy of INTSORMIL‘s collaboration and capacity building in sorghum, millet and other grains. The Innovation Lab currently collaborates with U.S. universities including: Purdue University, Texas A&M University, Virginia Tech, and West Texas A&M University.
