Description
This presentation provides an Overview of women’s role in development and local and regional markets. The author Outlines constraints to women’s participation in these markets, as well as gender gaps between countries in west and east Africa. The Agribusiness and Trade Promotion Project in west Africa and the Competitiveness and Trade Expansion Project in East Africa are also introduced.
