Description
This training module shows how to model and analyze pathogen dispersal using the free R programming environment.
Student Learning Goals: After completion of this module: * Students will understand how R can be used to model dispersal and disease gradients. * Students will be able to: 1. use R to compare different dispersal gradient models, 2. use R to compare and analyze primary versus secondary gradients, 3. run simulations in R that illustrate how an epidemic changes in space and time.
