Summary: Administrative and financial framework of the SANREM CRSP project is presented in detail by Corinne Valdivia and Jere Gilles. Indicators of success are explained, and so are the management entity policy and operating procedures and the MU sub-contract guidelines. The structure of the different types of reports from the project is also detailed, these are: SANREM Knowledge Base (SKB), technical, annual, research, quarterly and trip reports.
