Overview
This project established, primarily in Tanzania, an active educational and small-business assistance infrastructure designed to support entrepreneurial businesses developing sorghum and millet food products.
Objectives
1. Farmers have an established outlet for cash sales of high-quality sorghum and millet. 2. Small businesses or cooperatives develop processing capabilities enabling the incorporation of sorghum and millet into a wide variety of food products. 3. Markets and market channels for sorghum and millet-based products develop.
