Overview

The principal objectives of this project are to supply collaborating scientists at LDC locations with both useful genetic material and information on how best to select the required types of varieties or hybrids for grain production. In order to develop genetic material useful to most collaborating scientists in African situations, crosses must be made between their best varieties andelite U.S. lines

and the early generation progeny used in the collaborative research.
